2. Personal Data We Process

When you complete our quote or contact forms, we process the following:

• Identity / contact: full name, company/organisation name
• Contact: email address, phone number
• Request details: product, quantity, branding preference and message content

3. Purposes of Processing

The data we collect is processed solely to:

• Respond to your quote and information requests
• Communicate with you and plan the production process
• Inform you about our products and services

4. Legal Basis

Your data is processed on the basis of necessity for the establishment/performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, and where required, your explicit consent.

5. Transfers and Service Providers

Your form data is processed via service providers such as our email delivery infrastructure (Resend) and hosting (Cloudflare), solely to deliver your request. As these providers' servers may be located abroad, data may be transferred internationally to the extent the service requires. We never sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing.

6. Retention

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil your request and for the statutory periods required by applicable law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion, and object to processing.
